If the issue persists, you can reach our technical support team 24/7. If they are unable to resolve the problem, a fiber technician will be dispatched as soon as possible.
- Are any devices online or is the issue isolated to one device, one website, or one area of the home?
- Do you have the power to the Wi-Fi router? What color are the lights?
- Has any cabling or equipment been damaged, moved, or unplugged?
- When completing a speed test within the Tombigbee Fiber App, what are the results?
- Are the non-working devices connected to the correct network if multiple networks are set up?
