A member of the Tombigbee Team will be in touch soon to take necessary steps to activate your fiber service. This could include running a fiber drop to your home or business and scheduling your installation.

If your Tombigbee fiber drop to your home or business is already complete, our team will strive to connect your fiber service within two (2) business days from your application submittal.

You can look forward to:

• Complete control of your Wi-Fi experience by downloading the Tombigbee Fiber App prior to your fiber installation, if possible.
• Secure Wi-Fi on the go with SmartTown™
• The option to expand your connectivity with Wi-Fi extenders and outdoor systems
